Fairy x Beko Cashback Incentive Promotion Terms and Conditions
1.Information on how to enter and the prize(s) set out in all communication regarding this Cashback Incentive in the form of a lucky draw (the “Promotion”) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry is invalid. Entry into this Promotion and the acceptance or receipt of a prize by any person is deemed as acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2.The Promoter is Procter & Gamble Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 91 008 396 245) of Level 4, 1 Innovation Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, telephone: 1800 028 280 (the “Promoter”).
3.The Promotion commences 12:00am AEST/AEDT, 1st July 2025 and closes on 11:59pm AEST/AEDT, 31st December 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Promotional Period may be extended at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, eligible participants (“Participants”) must meet the requirements set out below. Participants must:
(a)be residents of Australia;
(b)be 18 and over to enter the promotion and further, read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
5.Directors, officers and employees (and the immediate families of such persons) of the Promoter, its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
6.To enter, individuals must satisfy the Eligibility Requirements and undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a.Individuals must purchase, in a single transaction, any BEKO dishwasher from any certified Beko retailer* (instore and online) nationally during the Promotional Period.
b.Scan the QR code on the BEKO dishwasher and/or Visit https://pgpromo.campaign.net.au/fairyxbekocashback and follow the prompts to the promotional entry page.
c.Individual must purchase Fairy Platinum Plus 30 Minute Miracle Dishwashing Tablets 4 x 42ct (168ct) off Amazon via the following link [Fairy Platinum Plus Dishwasher Tablets 168 Pack Value Bundle] during the Promotional Period.
d.The individual must then return to the promotional entry/landing page and follow the prompts of the entry page;
e.Enter the requested details (including their full name, year of birth, valid email address, telephone number and upload copy of purchase receipt from the purchase of the Beko dishwasher & Fairy Platinum Plus 30 Minute Miracle Dishwashing Tablets 4 x 42ct (168ct);
f.Submit the completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
*Certified Beko retailers are Bi Rite Home Appliances, Bing Lee, Betta, Retravision, JB Hi-Fi, Leading Edge Appliances and Spartan Electricals.
7.There is a limit on the number of entries per Participant subject to (a) only one (1) entry permitted per transaction and per receipt; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements, and (c) unrecognised receipts will be deemed invalid. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter upon receipt.
8.Entrants must retain the original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase of the dishwasher is a certified Beko retailer per clause 6a and Fairy dishwashing tablets are from Amazon per clause 6c (together, ‘eligible products’), and that eligible products were purchased during the Purchase Period but prior to entry.
9.The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
10.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.
11.The Promoter and/or its agency may require the prize winner(s) to provide proof of identity, proof of age and/or proof of residence as a condition for claim of prize(s). Identification considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and/or its agency. The Promoter may and/or its agency may also request confirmation of postal address for the purposes of prize supply. The prize(s) will be awarded only to the winner(s) and not to proxies or representatives of the winner(s).
12.Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
13.The prize winner(s) will be drawn at 10:00am AEST/AEDT on 7th of each month from August 2025 to January 2026 at 1 Basalt Rd, Pemulwuy NSW 2145, being one (1) winner each month for the six (6) month period. The pool of entries will be refreshed monthly such that entrants will only have the chance to be drawn/win in the month they enter this Promotion per the below schedule:

14.The winner(s) will be notified via e-mail and telephone within 2 business days of the Promoter’s decision. The winner(s) will have fourteen (14) days from the date of being notified as a winner to come forward to claim their prize, during which period the Promoter and/or its agency shall make reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner(s) during normal working hours on normal business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
15.The Promoter and/or its agency may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible participant is drawn. The Promoter and/or its agency may also conduct further draws in order to award any prize(s) unclaimed within the stipulated time period.
16.Winner(s) may claim prize(s) conditional upon the following:
(a)production of original receipt or other proof of purchase of eligible products – such documentation must clearly specify that an eligible product was purchased during the Promotional Period but prior to submission of the entry;
17.If for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited by that winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of their prize.
18.If a winner declines or forfeits a prize, whether expressly or at the decision of the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions:
a.The declining or forfeiting winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions; and
b.The Promoter shall offer that prize to a new winner selected by the Promoter based on the next valid entry drawn.
19.A draw for a prize, if unclaimed, may take place on the following dates at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written directions from regulatory authority.

20.The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified via email within two business days of the Promoter’s decision. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will have fourteen (14) days from the date they are notified to come forward to claim their prize, during which period the Promoter and/or its agency shall make reasonable attempts to make contact with the prize winner(s) during normal working hours on normal business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
21.Winners (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published fairydishwashing.com.au/bekofairycashback from 9th day of each month from August 2025 to January 2026. If applicable, unclaimed prize winners (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published on fairydishwashing.com.au/bekofairycashback from 26th day of each month from August 2025 to January 2026. This information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days from original posting date.
22.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23.Total prize pool value is a maximum $7,000. The prize pool includes six (6) individual cash back offers to the value of the Beko dishwasher.
24.Each valid winning entry will receive one (1) EFT cash back valued at the $AUD amount of the Beko dishwasher purchased, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
25.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification (subject to legislative approval).
26.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
27.Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. Redemption of the prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the prize.
28.The winners accept the prize ‘as is’ and acknowledge that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from their prize winnings. Winners should seek advice from the Australian Tax Office or their own taxation adviser or independent financial adviser.
29.All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant.
30.Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
31.When an entrant submits any materials via the promotion including responses to the promotional question (“Content”), the entrant, unless the Promoter advises otherwise, licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Entrants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.
32.Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
33.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
34.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
35.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
36.Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
37.The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy (view at https://www.pg.com/privacy/english/privacy_statement.shtml) In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia.
38.These Conditions of Entry shall be governed by the laws of Australia and each entrant agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Australia.
